Volkswagen (VW) reported is going to start the production of VW Up! Next year.
The low cost VW Up! Would packed with engine 800 cc with power 51 PS combined with 10 kW electric to trigger starter, alternator and E-drive.
The combination between electric motor and conventional engine would produce power 65 PS.
The body of VW Ups is length 3.19 meter, width 1.64 meter, high 1.47 meter and wheelbase 2.19 meter.
The lithium-ion battery that would be used of VW Up! is 18 kWh.
The cost projection of VW Up! is about 100 million rupiah.
